Brewing Instructions
Crafted for smooth, bold espresso with maximum flavor and energy.
Recommended Espresso Recipe
- Dose: 18–20g ground coffee
- Yield: 2 oz espresso
- Extraction Time: 6–10 seconds
How to Brew
1. Prepare Your Portafilter
Fill your portafilter with the ground white coffee. (Don't tamp!)
2. Start Extraction
Begin the espresso shot and allow it to extract until you reach approximately 2 ounces of espresso.
White coffee extracts much faster than traditional espresso due to its lighter roast profile.
3. Stop the Shot
Once your desired yield is reached, stop the machine immediately to avoid over-extraction and bitterness.
4. Serve Fresh
Pour directly into your latte, americano, or favorite espresso-based drink. White coffee is best enjoyed fresh for maximum flavor and aroma.
Pro Tips
- White coffee performs best in espresso machines
- Expect a lighter-colored espresso with a smooth, nutty finish
- Pair with vanilla, caramel, honey, or maple flavors for incredible lattes
- If extraction runs slow, adjust your grind slightly finer
